If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price for purchases up to $2500.  Returns on orders of $2500 or more are subject to a 15% restocking fee or are available for product exchange or in-store credit within 7 days. If your item is shipped or delivered to you, this would exclude actual delivery costs.  Your returned items must be in their original containers and in the same condition in which you received them.  Mattresses that have been removed from the plastic may not be returned.  Customer is responsible for returning any items to the Salt Lake warehouse.  Custom orders, such as custom upholstery are not refundable, as well as fabric protector treatments purchased and applied.  If you discover any damage to your items upon receipt, you must notify us within 7 days so we can promptly remedy these issues.
